MARKETING DIRECTOR

Marketing Director job Summary: Senior Life Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to add to our team.

Lead marketing team to coordinate and organize video shoots, print designs and digital marketing ads
Approve all marketing content
Essential member in the planning and execution of the company's annual leadership conference
Grow company's social media presence through various platforms
Test new marketing strategies
Stay up to date on all current marketing trends
Work with company Partners/RVPS's to help build and grow their agencies across miltiple platforms
Attend leadership meetings to document content (podcast,photoshoots,etc)
Other duties as assigned
Some travel required
Possess a current and valid driver's license with insurable Driver's History Schedule & Pay:
M-F,8am - 5pm, some overtime required
Salary range ($60k-$120k) based on experiences. Compensation review at 6 mos and annually thereather

Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
Ability to communicate effectively - written and verbal
Must be open to critical review of all projects and take that feedback to improve content and/or design
A history of punctuality and professionalism
This is a fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail
Ability to take direction;a fast learner
Must be self-motivated and maintain a strong sense of urgency when completing tasks
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and complete job duties such as unloading and loading
Must be subject to pass a basic background check and drug test
