We pay our claims within 24-48 hours* of necessary paperwork being received. The submitted information will be reviewed in its entirety by the company and any benefit disbursement will be subject to final review by Senior Life Insurance Company. *Quick Claims (2 years after inforce) are paid within 24-48 hours of receipt of necessary paperwork Contested claims (passing within the first 2 years of inforce) will include additional paperwork and a medical review.
